Oh K! Gold Foil Sheet Mask

Great product

I was very impressed with this Gold foil face mask product from Oh K!, I expected it to smell funny but actually it smells of gorgeous cherries and apples and had a really fruity smell to it. The gold foil tiny particles were cool and my wife and I both love sharing the mask but not sure we can say whether or not we were shining in the mirror afterwards. Overall very impressed, a good price and would definitely purchase again.

This mask looks fun and appealing. It was a little bit too wet for my liking and messy to get on, but once I had it smoothed out on my face it felt very nice and relaxing and my skin was very soft after using.

My daughter used this mask, absolutely thrilled with the novelty of a gold mask! It fitted to her face well and she said it felt incredibly relaxing and soothing. The serum left her skin feeling supple and energised. A really nice treat for a pamper with the added interest of being gold!

I didn't notice any improvement and if there was any, it must have been under the surface. On the plus side, it didn't cause any irritation and I was pleased about that at least.It's expensive for a single-use product and my experience wouldn't warrant a second try. Shame because I quite liked the sound of it.

The mask itself is a bit enigmatic. Took me ages to work out which bit went next to your skin, so I think the instructions could be clearer. Apart from that, the liquid it is soaked in is lovely and there's loads of it to use later should you just throw the mask away and have liquid left in the pouch. A nice fragrance and a nice feel.

I'm finding I'm liking a lot of the Oh K! facial masks, this one didn't disappoint.Oh K! Gold Foil Sheet Mask is a sheet mask so what you get is a big packet you open and inside you have a sheet shaped like a face mask with the nose/mouth/eyes cut out - this mask has a plastic grid backing you remove prior to use. This mask is a little bit special in that it's gold: more about aesthetics than anything, basically this is a mask you'd get for that Instagram pic prior to a big night out!You apply to your face and smooth it down, then leave 10-20 minutes - it's not too uncomfortable to wear, but at the end of the day keeping the sheet mask on your face is a little difficult and it's not like you could easily get on with other things while you've got this on your face. The sensation is really nice, I love that sheet masks feel so soft and moist against the skin, this one has more of the gel then some cheaper sheet masks - after use you rub this gel into your skin, there's also gel left behind in the pack which I sometimes save for a little mini treatment the next day.Oh K! Gold Foil Sheet Mask is a really nice mask to wear, your skin does feel softer for it and with a bit of a glow, but I'm not sure I'd pay the £10 price tag to use it again - maybe if it's a nice treat for a big night out it'd be worth shelling out for to feel a bit special, but not for every day.

To be fair I'm yet to find a face mask which isn't slimy and unwieldy when removing it from the package! The gold effect is cute and the face mask itself was very relaxing and gave great moisture to the face. The smell I really can't remember, which is why I gave it a lower rating. This would be great for a girls pamper night or pre-night wedding prep with the girls.
