Crisp and light.
There is 14 gluten free crispbread in this box. They each measure about 4.5" x 2" approx. The texture is light and almost fluffy but they are crisp througout. There are many similar crispbreads on the market however having tried the others these seem to have a little bit more taste to them. They are brown in colour. The ingredient are corn flour, rice flour, corn bran, chicory fibre, quinoa flour, carob, sea salt. 26m calories per slice. Energy wise per 100g they are 2.6 fat of which 0.2g saturates. 69.7g carb of which 1.3 carb sugar. 1.5g fibre. 7.6g protein and 0.7g salt. The are oganic, gluten fee, low fat, yeast free, wheat free. They make a nice change for gluten free diets especially. More for savoury items

Nice
This a bit dry so needs plenty of butter. Quite nice flavour but could be nicer I think having had other quinoa crackers.

Surprisingly addictive.
Look vaguely like strips of tree bark, I find these really addictive. Dry and very crispy.

Inedible
A strange substance 'formerly food'. Amisa normally do good products but this was quite inedible.

You have to taste before realising how good they are.
I found most fillings go well and enjoy the crispness.
