This camera is amazing. The AI tracking is super neat and makes it feel like someone is watching you live. And I like that the AI has the ability to notice if a person or a car is going by so I dont get a million notifications. Connection was simple. Plug and play. So far it hasn't lost Wifi signal. Oh and the voice changer was a cool feature. Night vision works great but not even needed. lol You cant beat the price for what your getting. Super cheap.

I have purchased five of these cameras over the last few months. The experience has been superb. The cameras are so easy to set up and install, and the quality is excellent! The app is easy to use as well with lots of control and customization features.I did have a problem with panning on one of the cameras. I called the U.S. customer service number and after a couple of tries at resetting, the issue was referred to the supervisor. The next day, I got an email confirming that a new camera was on the way. A few days later, I’m back in business! Excellent response! Thank you!

This product is nice. You do have to plug it in to an outlet. Easy set up. The tracking works most of the time. Clear picture unless you want to enlarge it. Motion is picked up great. The only real complaint i have is i have to reset it every now and then which is a pain because of the location I have it. I was wondering how it was going to do in the snow with it freezing because my other cameras are starionary and had no issues with it. Over all been very happy with it.

The Camera has good resolution. Easy to connect to the network and power with any 12v source you have so its great for remote areas.The gearbox sometimes binds and wont reach its full range of motion unless you bring it back to a neutral position and exercise it up and down. You will see it display "It has been on the edge" which I guess is bad english its limit detection. Not a huge deal for me since I mostly rotate the camera on a single axis, however, when you enable the AI tracking it will get itself locked in a position and wont function correctly unless you manually move the camera to get it un stuck. - 1starThe microphone is awful. Truly terrible. This would be a 4 star review if it wasn't so bad. The camera offers 2 way communication but you'll be struggling to understand anything through the breaks and crackles.Rather than try to include a bad built-in mic I'd rather they have a aux mic jack to allow us to add our own microphone.I'll probably return this eventually.
