Great product and an excellent price. Love the convenience of the tablets even though they taste horrid; like sucking on a very bitter used tea bag. I've had Shilajit capsules that had no aftertaste but also didn't work as well. Originally purchased for Shilajit's possibility to lower blood glucose but I didn't see much difference. However, Ive continued to take and will purchase again for the post-workout recovery difference I've noticed. Really impressive. Even after a heavy leg day, the next day DOMS is minimal and very little discomfort. I do feel like it improves my overall mood as well. 10/10, would recommend

You can definitely tell a difference when you take this and when you don’t take it, it doesn’t give you an overwhelmingly amount of energy, but it gives you enough energy to go about your day with no crash behind it. It helps you think clearly and clear the mental fog. I used to take the liquid Shilajit but when I found out about these, this is all I need. It doesn’t leave a sticky residue all in your mouth and taste bad for 20 minutes like the liquid. You take this you taste it for me to be about 30 seconds and then it’s gone. It does not hurt my stomach one bit.

I’ve tried several other brands of Shilajit before and I’m happy to report that these ones are going to be my new go to. You get a lot for The value, plus they are much easier to swallow, considering the taste isn’t putrid. I know it’s Shilajit because I can tell a difference when I don’t take them. My energy is boosted, my skin looks great, it is something that will have a permanent place in my supplement routine. This is a great addition for anyone that has a lot of holes in their diet, Mine is not the best so this has been a great tool for helping bridge that gap. A quick Google search will tell you that the micro nutrients are off the chart with these!

I have taken many supplements over the years, always looking for a way to improve/maintain my good health. I am careful when introducing a new product to be very aware of any changes in my daily life. I can honestly say, that after about six weeks of taking shilajit each morning, I have more energy and endurance in my day-to-day activities. it is hard to determine conclusively, but my hair seems to be getting slightly thicker also! This is a small pill easy to swallow and dark green, so hard to forget to take.

I normally can’t feel or bear witness to the effects of most supplements that I take. This one is different. I don’t know in regard to energy per se as I’m already pretty hyper but I can definitely tell a difference in my mental clarity and recall. I could tell a difference from the first few days of taking one of these daily (in morning with other existing regimen of vitamins and supplements) and it does something and that something is good. I never tried any other versions of Shilajit (liquid or paste) but I doubt I will ever need to. This is just too convenient and too effectually evident. Great pricing too! and now I have my Brazilian wife taking it and man oh man can I tell it elevates her mood. Winner, winner, I get dinner! Thx
