Best product in this price smoothly working and cooling is too good

Please don't buy the product,it stopped working less than 8 months.customer service is very bad they ask WhatsApp with details ,They generate call no and send multiple message ans calls everytime they have excuse but no interest to customers issue resolve.pathetic service please think before buy service is pathetic.

Product is good. Can not compare with other simillar products, as no othe product used. Looks are good, material is good, finishing is good. But I feel , it lacks cooling effect. I don,t know, what other products would have offered.May be, if Honeycomb pads are bit thicker, cooling could improve. But still, it is worth Value for Money.

It's huge! The size given in description is wrong, it has a height about 160cm. That it has low noise for night use, absolutely not true. It is very loud, even daytime can't bear the noise, can't talk, very disturbing, someone who sensitive for noises will get headache. The fan is very strong, even on low it's too strong, we had to remove the paintings from wall as it made them fall down, anything not heavy enough, fall down from shelves, tables... (we used it in a big hall). Whatever is in front of the fan, gets a huge wind, but other parts of the room still warm. It doesn't cool the air down, so when it is off, room is same hot. I guess it might be good for outdoor use where noise is not that a big problem and garden is bigger.
