These are a great quality and exactly what I was looking for to bring a little magic to my concoctions. There was more quantity than I anticipated and just a few of them create a bold color. Flavor is very mild and blends well with other ingredients (I use for teas and sometimes lemonades) Very happy with this purchase!

Fantastic for infusing light alcohols with color for pretty cocktails and tea. Because of the ph sensitivity of butterfly pea flowers, adding acid (think lemon twist) changes blue to bright pink! Unobtrusive flavor profile makes this a versatile fun treat.

If you don't know, "drink diaries" are a thing on social media channels where you use your own ingredients to make all the fancy schmancy pretty drinks sold in cafes for $15 each. We bought this pretty blue tea for ours. If you add lemon juice to the tea, it turns from blue to purple! Also, to my pleasant surprise, the tea itself is quite tasty - I plan on blending it with other teas in the future to see how that turns out!

Don't you want to drink something that looks magical! If you brew this and chill it, add some limeade or lemonade, it changes color (PH trick) and everyone is impressed. The taste is not really that distinct, just really pretty.

Is blue! Taste ok, recommend mixing.

This is a great tasting tea. The blue color is so interesting. The tea is strong and it has healthy benefits.

This tea is exactly what I was looking for. I did not know there was tea that changes colors with lemon. If you brew this tea you will have a lovely color tea. If you add lemon, the color changes!!!! The tea does not have a flavor, but it is so beautiful. Such a fun drink. I have made hot then chill it so I can have it cold the next day then add lemon and it still changes the shade. Beautiful and fun.

The media could not be loaded. TRUTH in advertising! I LOVE LOVE LOOOVVEE this product! I broke this comment into 3 sections.... PRODUCT, QUALITY and FLAVORPRODUCT: BUY IT! I gave it ***** I’m an excessive tea drinker and passionate cook. The product IS FROM THAILAND unlike some of the other brands (see story below for more deets). Basically it it what it says it is and the quality for the amount and price is amazing.QUALITY: The intensity is so INTENSE a little does go a LONG way (I’ll add photos). I made a tea jar full of this stuff ( like I said I drink a lot of tea, so I often have it pre-made and ready to drink.) it was so intense it almost looks black. Great stuff!FLAVOR: If you haven’t had pea flowers before or “Clitiria ternatea” cooked with them before (its good with rice) the flavor is quite mild. It tastes almost like water with a hint of sweet earth, just a faint aroma of butterfly pea flavor at the end of it.STORY TIME: When I first researched this product, I had found several other vendors selling the same thing for a lower price ( I wasn’t planning on buying this one originally). With all that being said, reading the comments about the previous products in my basket claiming to be “product of Thailand, and 100% organic dried flowers...noticed that the product was not at all what it said it was. It was a product of China. Needless to say I’m glad I read comments before purchasing... because I found this beauty and will definitely buy this product again.
