Piece of crap!!!! No quality control!
Don't buy any of these Chinese radios that look like this!!!!! This is the third one that I have gotten and none of them have been usable! The first one did not work at all. The second one had stripped mounting hardware and this one was missing the cable and all of the mounting hardware!!! I am a lifelong electronics technician and in my opinion every example was unacceptable. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS JUNK!!!!!!

Compact, more features than last stereo, and works great.
I am a DIYer who loves to build low voltage devices. I build 12v solar systems and portable power supplies. These little stereos are perfect for portable power stations. They are loud without consuming a lot of power. They are compact and produce a great sound. This is an upgrade from the previous stereo I installed in my last build. I already loved my other stereo, but it's lacking a couple of features I get with this one. Unlike the other one, this one has a digital display. The screen is backlit and easy to see night and day. I also like that this one has built-in AM and FM tuners. My last unit was missing this function. Sometimes, I don't want to connect my phone, I just want to listen to the radio. I ordered a small antenna to connect to this to get more stations. Another difference is the subwoofer pre amp. This allows you to hook up a woofer and control it. My previous stereo was 2 channels, 2x80 160w. This stereo is 4 channels 4×50 200w. Besides those differences, everything else is pretty much like my other stereo. It has backlit buttons that are easy to see day or night. They both have RCA, 3.5 Aux, USB, and TF card support. I was going to upgrade my previous build to this unit but change in plans. This stereo is bigger and won't fit great in the box where I have the other one. I did hook it up to my box to test it out, and it's even louder than my other stereo with the extra 40 watts. I will be installing this in my solar setup that I have in my gazebo. This will give me a nice little sound system for movie nights on the project. The 4 channel output and SUB support will be perfect for this because I'll be able to have a little surround sound. All I'm waiting for now is my set of speakers to get here so I can install this under the gazebo in the backyard. Once it's all set up, I will try to update my pictures. For now, I took a couple of pictures with this next to my previous build to give you an idea of what it looks like. This came with a mount and mounting hardware. The face is 6 1/8" x 4 1/8". These compact stereos are great for all kinds of projects and setups.

It was ok but not great
The media could not be loaded. I had this radio set up on my table so that I can test it before putting you into my boat. There are a few things I liked about it but at the same time there were a couple things that were red flags.First of all the Bluetooth function when connected to my fold 3 was horrible. The audio kept cutting in and out for no apparent reason even though the phone was about 6in away from the receiver. When connecting the to my wife's s20, the audio worked flawlessly and I was able to adjust the audio settings with the built-in digital equalizer. I like that there were many connections at the back so I could use it various other equipment. Another thing I didn't like was if you notice in the video, when scrolling through the "SEL"option, there was a misspelling of the word stereo. That's not a big deal for some, but I don't like it.The buttons have a nice feel to it it's easy to click around and select the option that you want without making a mistake. The LED is bright and this plays well during the day.If it weren't for the Bluetooth issue I would probably still use this in my boat even though they have the misspelling of the word stereo. For now I'll pass.

Tunes For My EzGo Golf Cart
SOUNDKITS Marine Radio Bluetooth Boat Stereo: Waterproof Marine Head Unit - FM AM TunerI needed a basic unit to add some tunes to my golf cart and this unit is great for that.Simple and straightforward install with all of the options I needed for my application.I have two surface mount speakers on the dash and two on the rear roof section and I was able to connect RCA plug adapters to the straight wiring to plug everything in behind the dash.Fused 12v power to the unit from the key switch and feed out to the speakers and that's it.You would need to add an antenna if you plan on using the AM/FM bands, but I'm not using those.I installed it in the passenger side glove box space and made a support for the side out of 3/4” PVC stock and siliconed it in place and allowed me to run the wires directly into the center console area to easy connect them and hide them all behind.I bought an adapter for the RCA auxiliary input to run an extension to connect to my phone, since I prefer that as opposed to linking my phone via Bluetooth.I just let the auxiliary cable come out through the dash and keep it next to a phone mount when I want to connect. The unit is waterproof in the event I get caught in a sudden rain while out and about, but the cart is stored indoors, so I don't see that being an issue on a regular basis, but it's still nice to have that reassurance.Just straight out of the box, it has great power for my speakers and gets plenty loud enough for my use.I may add a powered slim sub-woofer at some point and it will be easy to do with the sub pre-out feature. It looks sharp and has all the features you need as well as pre-set EQ settings to find the best one to match your speaker's capabilities and music type.Great value, especially if you catch it with the coupon. So far, so good and I'll update my review if I encounter any issues going forward.Shipped and received fast. 5- Stars!
