Healthy fiber cereal.
A few bites of this every morning can be helpful for your fiber quota and simple regularity. It was recommended by a doctor, to me, and I've been eating it for several years, with good results. I mix it in with a few cheerios, for variety, but it's quite nice with a cup of coffee. Not too sweet.
