Works a treat! & Is gentle on your tummy. Alot, easier to use than tablets especially if you don't like taking tablets. Also, what is excellent, is that the company actually asks you via message via Amazon, if you are ok to purchase their item! & Asks you to read the label first & if you're allergic to any of the ingredients etc...To, which is great & definitely more companies need to do this! I couldn't thank them enough! Safety & health first 😊. It, might be a tad expensive but it's well worth buying for the size & relief!

This item is works, can be used with a plain yoghurt, to rebalance the sweetness. Best to be taken at night, enabling clearance of the system early for a lighter day.

It’s expensive as compared to a high street pharmacy but if you aren’t mobile it’s a good option.The packaging wasn’t very good and the measuring ‘cup’ was broken and unusable.The product itself does work after a couple of days usage.

Thus is the same lactose you get at any pharmacy, only better price per volume.Stool softener and effective for most people within a few hours.Taste is extremely sweet and has a syrupy consistency. Not the best taste as its so sweet but tolerable.Do know if constipation persists or you have blood in your stool due to constipation please see your GP.

Said next day delivery but was sent by Royal Mail which is always a problem as it took four days to arrive. Is otherwise the genuine article.
