UPDATE JAN 2025: This company has excellent customer service and resolved the problem to my satisfaction.I've been using this laptop since early December 2024. I bought it during Cyber Monday sale and it was a great value! I had been watching the price of this laptop since October 2024 prime day. I regretted not buying it on Prime day because the price increased the day after. I ordered it right away when I saw it on sale again for Cyber Monday. You get a lot of great features with this laptop for much less than the name brand laptops. It boots up fast and easily switches between applications and website speedily with plenty of storage capacity and memory. I love the backlit keyboard that allows me to work in low light conditions. My only issue is the battery life, which is right around 2 hours (even with the backlit keyboard turned off). Because I have a job that requires me to work in places that do not have a power source, this is a real issue for me. I'm debating whether to return it or keep it for use at home only. I prefer to have a laptop that does both but, unfortunately, this laptop is not capable of allowing me to work more than 2 hours without being near a power source. If you do not need long battery life, then this is a great deal and you should order it right away while the seller is still offering a $70 coupon discount.

Performs well and has great features, speed, and storage for the price. But has very poor battery life. A full charge only lasts about 2 hours of use, and even when not used, it drains quickly. It's fine if I keep it plugged in at home whenever I use it, but would not take it anywhere with me.Updated 8/17/2024:After posting my initial 3-star review, the seller actually reached out to me to address my concerns. I was debating whether or not to return the item for a refund because of the short battery life, but I really like many of its other features. As long as I keep it plugged in, it does what I need it to do. The seller offered me a substantial partial refund if I chose to keep the laptop as is, and even extended the warranty on it for me. They were very responsive and quick to answer my questions and provide the refund. While I can't give this item 5 stars due to its diminished battery performance (probably just the unit I received), I am adding another star for the great customer service.

Have had the laptop for several months now and the only real issue I had was it crashed the first time it needed to update Windows 11 out of the box. I factory reset it and it was able to update and have had no issues since. Had to get used to the keyboard layout but that was a minor issue. Great value for the price.

I read the reviews and they were complete lies. This is absolutely the most useless laptop that I’ve ever purchased and a complete waste of my hard earned money. Please, please do NOT buy this laptop. It will not download any apps, connect to any other systems, horrible with Zoom no matter how excellent your internet is. It’s a piece of trash that has no support once bought. BUYERS BEWARE!!!

Battery life is not good lasts 1 hour ay best

Afraid im disappointed. It arrived a day late. Can not get the sound to work. Once fully charged, device claims only 2 hours battery life. No informative manuel. Im sorry but will not buy again nor recommend item. I apologize.

Wife loves it so far after about a month. We're retirees though so cannot speak to gaming, movies and such on this laptop.
