Easy install. Very efficient. Took 1 hour to install. Removed 14 year old low toilette and installed this one easily. Video was extremely helpful. I have a tool man DIY mentality, so I figured I could do this one myself, and I was right. Easy peasy. Good height for my again father to use.

I bought this because it was the tallest I could find. Great product but the only issue is the rubber washer between tank and the fill line. As stated by another, it will leak. Other than that, it is what I needed. I can get off of it without pushing myself up. All of the components are included in the box including the wax ring. I recommend a bidet if you never used one.

Good quality and the taller height is excellent for support and comfort.

I loved this toilet and this high boy is the second I purchased from amazon's .As a person of a certain age the height is excellent and everything seemed fine until last night when the tank began to leak, all night I bailed the water as I could not let my bathroom flood but it did and my husband noticed the bolts were plastic with no rubber gasket which the first toilet had.The flow vale was not allowing adequate water into the tank and due to my curiosity I found the leak.Therefore it appeared to be the same but the manufacturer used faulty parts and since it is a hall bathroom it was hardly used.We had to take everything apart and redo all the inner flow valves, the flapper was fine but all bolts and dealing with its being unable to be supported by the bolts needs to be addressed.,as well as a night in my life where the water leak was endless till this morning.I DID FIND THE PHOTO OF THIS AND WANT TO CONTACT U TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER

I am changing my original review. After my one-star review the company contacted me and prvided assisstance on how to resolve my problem, by increasing the water level in the tank to the maximum. I was able to do this and so far we have not had a clogging problem. Still could use a bit more water in the bowl, but I appreciate the assistance and thank the company for providing directions.(Original review) - Nothing but trouble from the moment it was installed. It may not be confined to just this particular toilet but rather to all 1.28 GPF toilets. A 1.28 gallon per flush unit is not strong enough to carry away just a regular bowel movement. We are constantly using a plunger and needing to flush 8 to 10 times per solid waste use. Don't believe what they are saying about how these are specially designed to work with only 1.28 GPF. They aren't.

Toilet flushed 3 times and stopped working. I'm trying to figure it out. ?

Size wise this toilet is a little taller than I thought it would be. But, we are getting used to it. It sure beats the regular size (16”) toilets or the ones that they have at restaurants and gambling places (those toilets are really short).Th design fits nicely in our small area.We had a plumber install it and he did an excellent job. All in all we are pleased with our purchase.

I do plumbing and home repairs for a living.I have installed over 100 toilets in my career. I am getting older and have a hard time with low toilets.This was the easiest and best built toilet I have ever put in. Everything needed was included and was packaged perfectly. A must have!!!
