Not worth the money
Bought this product to help with my shoulder pain, expensive for what it is, didn't do anything, hardly felt it at all. Returned it next day for my money back (no hassle, easy to return). Would not recommend this item, if you need something like this for pain be brave and pay the extra money for a decent one.

Can't leave a test review as I can't try it yet. Baffles me that they can't add a tiny bit of gel to try. Moan over best go buy some, thanks

Easy to use
Really simple to set up and use! Instructions were clear and simple! Worth noting that you need the opti5 gel to use. Seems to be doing the trick on my knee pain. Easy to store in box is a nice added bonus!
