I recently purchased a chair, and I must say it has been an outstanding addition to my workspace. The chair is incredibly comfortable, providing excellent support for long hours of sitting. The features are impressive; it offers adjustable height, recline, and armrests, ensuring that you can customize it to your personal comfort preferences.One of the standout aspects of this chair is the customer support. For me the best part of this chair - ASTRIDE® Flexpro is the knee tilt/syncro tilt mechanism. I would advice everyone to always pay attention to the tilt mechanism for any office/gaming chair because this style of tilt does not strain your thighs or legs as your legs will always be perpendicular and touching the floor.This was the lowest priced chair with this tilt mechanism and I absolutely love it.Apart from this the box came well packaged and the arm rest as already attached hence I did not had to do much work in 5 minutes I was able to assemble the chair.From product perspective it is mostly made of plastic ,the arm rest has a sort of hard rubberized feel to it.The backrest or lumber support feels nice.Few cons I found:1)The headrest is not sturdy enough and wobbles a bit,probably due to the spring mechanism or because it is made of plastic.It does not feel to be a part if the chair and hence you don't get that cohesive feel.2)The chair cushion on the lower side had some fabric torn,probably due to shipment. I will check with amazon if they will allow replacement.In case I see any issue in the long run will probably update the review.Overall I am pleased with the purchase and hope that company will honor it's warrant in case any issue arises.

Not a good product. Not comfortable when sitting.

I am really surprised by the customer service provided. They reached out twice for the feedback. Chair had one or two minor issues and they replaced the chair without asking any questions or any extra money.Assembly the chair doesn't require any special skills, all the necessary tools provided in the package, value for money product.Thanks for the service -A happy customer ☺️

The height is not up to the mentioned height otherwise rest of the parts are good

Good chair , comfort chair , just do a little bit work on lower back and it is very easy assemble

After four months of use, the chair is still sturdy. The head‑rest does wobble slightly, but that’s acceptable for a budget model. I did have an issue when the tilt‑lock stopped working. With no official website for warranty claims, I doubted whether the three‑year warranty would help. Nonetheless, I emailed [email protected] and received an immediate reply—they shipped the replacement part right away.Ratings- Chair: 7 / 10- Customer support: 10 / 10I hope other brands take after‑sales service as seriously as Astride does. Excellent chair for office use, especially when you are working on computer. It has a very good back support. It’s very easy to assemble and use. The material is of high quality and standard.
