Leitz Stapler, 30 Sheet Capacity, Ergonomic Metal Body, Includes Staples, WOW Range, 55021062 - Purple

I was delighted to receive my stapler as I had a lot of paperwork to sort. It worked well until I had to refill with new staples from the box that came with it but it just won't work. Therefore really disappointed and exasperated as I am still sorting paperwork. It has only been used to staple two to three pages together.Would appreciate a reply. I haven't been able to contact seller as there wasn't a link..

If you like spending time unblocking staplers, this is the baby for you. Yes it looks good all shiny in its metallic blue but for straight forward functionality it is useless. It must jam ever two or three operations. I even bought the Leita white staples as per manufacturer recommendation but to no avail.#Stick with the cheaper staplers, they work a treat !!!!!!!!!Avoid at all costs.David Hall

The stapler arrived very quickly and I have found it to be well-designed, very easy to use and effective. It will staple up to 7-8 pages easily - and no doubt more, I've only needed 8 maximum so far. I haven't rated durability as I haven't had it long enough. It seems very robust. Recommended!

This stapler is the best I have ever owned. Plus it really will staple 30 sheets of paper, (tried it three times). That is so thick that the staples just have enough of the arm left to fold over at the back.I do not know if it staples so well because of the design (more later) or the good quality Leitz staples it comes with (I will for sure buy Leitz staples in future). But I can say I have not had a single stapling failure with this unit.You can see in the Amazon picture that the stapler top seems to sit in a cradle (the "walls" rising up from the base at the back of the base). This may be what helps with the "30 sheet" spec, the disadvantage is the shorter reach of the stapler arm. For me this is rarely going to be a problem as all my stapling is in the top corner or say 1 cm in down the side. You just need to be aware of it is all.

Sick and tied of cheap staplers constantly breaking at work, and having to buy a new one every few months or so, which is bad for the pocket as well as for the environment. This stapler has already lasted 3x longer than other cheap ones we have had in the past, so has already paid for itself twice. Buy quality, and you will be richer for it in the long term.

Leitz makes beautiful products as always.I have this around my office to stapled thick paper.You can tell using it how different it is to a normal stapler & how sturdy it is.However, I thought because of the 10 year guarantee it came with & feeling how sturdy it was, it could last heavy duty & heavy use.Unfortunately after 4 months, it began to jam like any other stapler when it came to heavy duty stapling.It's no problem though, because of the 10 year guarantee & thanks to Amazon, they send out a replacement the next day.Even though it probably eventually jams, I would not use another stapler, it's the best out there & I plan to use it for as long as I can.

This product looks great. Brilliant choice of colours. Unfortunately, there's no point buying it unless you're willing to buy another after just one year. This is the second one I've bought - the same thing happened with both - worked fine, until it didn't. Given the price, I would have expected it to last longer.

This is really a great product that has great durability. We seem to constantly replacing the cheap plastic ones, but since we had these we not had to replace . Yes a bit pricy but south it in the long term.
