We got this portable AC to prepare for the summer, and I’m so glad we did! We previously had another model, but it was too noisy and bulky. This one is much quieter, more powerful, and way more convenient.Setup was a breeze—just plug it in and connect the duct to the window using the included kit. It took us just a few minutes, and we were ready to go. I also love how easy it is to move. With two bedrooms and a living room, we often shift the unit around. Thanks to the smooth-rolling wheels, it glides effortlessly from room to room.When it comes to cooling, this AC delivers. It cools down the room quickly and keeps it comfortable for hours. It also has multiple modes, like fan and dry, which are super handy depending on the weather.The design and size are perfect for our space. Unlike our old unit, which was short and wide and took up too much floor space, this one is taller and more compact, which saves room and keeps the controls out of reach of our curious little one! Even the remote control is thoughtfully designed—easy to use and responsive.Overall, I think this AC offers amazing value. I purchased this AC roughly 3 -4 weeks ago but the UK climate didn’t allow me to properly use and review. So, I had to delay it. Last three days were really hot and I used it and I have to say this three-in-one unit is a great size and not too noisy, which makes it perfect for hot weather in any room. The ability to attach a hose for continuous drainage is a convenient feature. This comes with various attachments, a remote control, and audio prompts for easy use. This is well-insulated and has wheels for easy moving to other rooms. It may be heavy for some to carry upstairs. Overall, it is a great purchase for a home office, especially during hot summers. The air conditioning unit is sturdy with simple setup instructions and remote control and feels high-quality unit. The instructions were easy to follow.

Such a great purchase. It is alot more quiet than I expected for its size. It is quite heavy but the wheels make it easy to maneuver and has a sleek look to it. We have only had a few days of warm weather to use it but so far I am really impressed with how quickly it cools down the room. Will put it to the real test this summer

Had it for about 2 months was really good but now it won't work every time I turn it on it blows the electric and I have tried changing the fuse still doing the same

I bought this air conditioner to replace a faulty tower fan from last year. I went for this model as it has not only a fan but cooling and dehumidifier functions. I've so far only used the fan and cooling functions due to last week's unseasonably warm weather in London.- unit is sturdy and solid and feels well built- the fan and cooling is very strong and you really feel it from the other side of the room- timer and remote control are useful- setup was very fast and easy- remote and unit's screen are straightforward and easy to interpretSo far I am happy with my purchase and would recommend the item as long as it was staying on a single floor. Whilst it is sturdy it is also heavy. It is easy to roll around the ground floor but it would be a bit too heavy to carry upstairs more than once/twice per week.

Brilliant air conditioning unit! Exactly what I needed and for a great price. My conservatory gets really super hot and even with the windows open it’s is too hot so I really needed a good quality functional air conditioning unit. This product has not disappointed. It’s quiet, relatively compact and very easy to use. The room gets cool very quickly and allows for much greater level of comfort.

Works very well but very noisy even on low or night mode. Definitely wouldn’t be able to sleep with it on. Night mode just seems to put the fan onto the lowest setting and not much else. Window kit doesn’t work with modern windows where they don’t have traditional hinges at the sides. Will be looking for alternative for bedroom and will take this to the office.

Good product, easy to set up.It cools the room quickly, but the fan is noisy.The makers need to address the fan noise, if they did I’d recommend this to family.
