Have been taking for 2-3 weeks now with no side effects but haven’t lost any weight and have not been back for follow up blood work regarding blood sugar.

**Update: sent this to a lab for testing. These have arsenic and mercury in them. Waiting in microbial results but the heavy metals alone say this product is not safe. **Took two capsules about a half hour before bed. Spent the next 10 hours running for the bathroom. Any little cough pushed liquid-runs out. Thought I was going to pass out in the shower. Hubby had to run out for anti diarrhea medication and electrolytes. I have never been this sick in my life. I will never touch this stuff again. *update: I haven’t been able to eat dairy since taking this. I don’t understand the glowing reviews, this stuff is toxic

Trying to find a replacement for spore probiotics. Not that helpful with gas and indigestion.
