You see the hype on tik tok etc about what these individual ingredients can do then you come across a pill that has them all combined and you say to yourself I'm trying that.Brain fog seems to be a buzz word and I do think that I think more clearly no pun intended .For the price it's worth purchasing and making your own mind up .

Pretty good if you’re looking for some progress at the gym, but when it comes to my energy levels they’re pretty much the same tbh. I heard it can improve mental clarity but hasn’t seemed to make an effect to that. I’m unsure wether it has actually made a noticeable difference to me or not tbh( been taking for about 2 months now)

After about three days taking these the effects of well being and an uplifted mood appear, depending on how sensitive your are about your body and mind. All I can say is they worked for me, if you don't feel anything at all after a fortnight then they don't work for you.

This product caused me considerable ill health a visit to my GP and time off work. I should have known better when I read 3rd party testing. Very disappointed in the product.Lesson learned, never again.Consume at your own risk.

Only been taking these capsules for a short while two weeks, if I say yes they are making a difference that wouldn't be the truth. I will give my judgement a little later.
