First, I was promised by Amazon that the table would be delivered "by 10 PM Today". It took the fourth try to actually get the delivery. The driver placed the heavy box on my porch as directed, but he placed it in such as way that we could not open the door to retrieve it. He left in a hurry before anyone could go around the back, through the garage to ask him to move it slightly so we could open the door. So that part was not so great.The video on Amazon shows someone banging this table together very quickly, with snappy music in the background, but that was not the reality of this product. The instruction book was miserably bad, the number stickers on the various parts did not match anything in the illustration chart in the book. There was an item included, but never referred to in the instructions. Several parts needed to be placed a certain direction, but no such mention was made in the instructions book as to which direction they should face. It would have made a big difference to say something like "place piece X so that 3 holes show on each side..." or similar. The drawings in the instruction book were very poor.Last, there is no information whatsoever about who actually manufactured this table, or where to find any Customer Service information about assembly instructions, etc. I Googled the company name--Radlove-- but only got referrals back to Amazon.I purchased this table to replace a non-adjustable sewing table and I think it will do me well, but I must say there is a LOT of room for improvement in the delivery process and the Instruction manual. My adult son and I put the table together in about 2-1/2 hours. The company did include a couple small tools, which we used, and that worked fairly well. I have yet to test the table with my sewing machine in place, but the up and down control works well, and I was glad that I chose this model for the dual supports and TWO motors.

For the price it is a great desk. It’s not the sturdiest when elevated to the tallest setting. The drawer is made of fabric and not really useful. Fits my 48 inch computer screen well.

The desk is split into many different parts and assembly takes forever. Also, the height of 27” they advertise is actually without the wheels on.After assembly, it works. That’s pretty much it.

The directions are non existent the manufacture is also non existent, overall this is a scam for a piece of junk table that will break in two months, and Amazon will do nothing about it.
