The first time I ordered these, they came in a cooler with an ice pack. Thus time it was just the big and no ice pack. The website says they should stay refrigerated so I'm not sure if we should even eat them. Very disappointing and worried.

These are not carrot sticks as advertised
These came in today finally after about a 2 week wait and they are baby carrots, not carrot sticks as listed, they are ok but the sticks are way better listing should be changed to be more accurate

Showing that you are buying many packs but I was only given one pouch for 24 dollars and it was hot when it arrived. Packaging states keep refrigerated. Horrible. Shameful.
