Idea is great, execution is awful.
This crap ruined what was supposed to be a special moment for my mum. The gold "scratch" sticker wouldn't scratch off at all which took away from the moment itself. Extremely disappointing.

Scratch off didn’t work. So had to peel it off instead. Lovely idea to reveal a present though regardless

Hard to scratch off
Would be easier if it came with clear instructions or a paper with step by step photos diagrams. The product overall worked but writing was hard to read and had to scratch hard to come off when also not scratching to hard to take off the writing underneath

Easy to use. The gold bit just sticks over once you have written your message and easy to scratch off. Also has a spare gold sticker if you mess up the first
