These pills smell so bad, that the family would leave the room. The expiration date was for the end of the year. These pills smell like eggs that went bad but the bottle says it doesn't contain eggs. I threw them away after 3 days after severe boils on the body. It's been a little while and most of the boils have cleared. New rule for me...don't put nothing in your mouth that stinks and I do mean these pills.

I used this supplement after a very stressful year and my cycle getting slightly off track, along with breast tenderness during pms. No serious health issues, but within a month my breast tenderness during pms disappeared and after two months I stopped taking it. Along with a proper diet, rest and exercise I have found this to do wonders when our body needs a little help. I imagine I will start taking it again soon just to get my girls healthy!

I bought these because I had a long list of supplements I have to take that my doctor suggested. I have a condition where I am currently trying to fight off pre-cancerous cells forming. I know for FDA reasoning they cannot name it correctly (and if some folks are going through what I am it would be awesome to have one made for this specific condition). If you have a hard time regulating your hormones, DIM is awesome. These pills also have green tea, co enzymes, vitamin A etc etc.Cons: The capsules are very large and hard to swallow.
