Perfect!
I really like this mug. It kept my drink hot, the top closed well and did not leak. I liked the color. I bought a 2nd one. Well packaged snd delivered sooner than expected

Works as advertised
I love this company, it truly does as advertised. It holds up well with many uses and keeps my coffee at the temperature that I put into the mug for hours. Perfect for on the go with no worries of spills! It's easy to clean with a bristle brush with the lid and holds up well in the dishwasher. It does scratch easier than I like for the color, but holds up well with regular use.

I'm not left handed
I like the size, the color and the ease of using the handle. The problem, it's only on the left so if you're driving, you can't grab by the handle (which was the purpose for me). I already recycled the box as I didn't realize this until too late. I did as the question and AI answered with it cannot be changed. I never saw this in the explanation so yes, I'm disappointed.

Keeps coffee hot a long time.
Excellent mug for hot liquids. It stays drinking temperature hot for several hours. I usually leave the top off for a while until it gets cooler so that I can drink my coffee. It’s easier to drink with the top on than off.

Handle became loose nd broke off.
3 month later review. Te handle became loose and than broke off. Sad. I did fill out a warranty claim online with contigo. Should receive another.

Best travel mugs ever.
These are replacements for ones I’ve had for at least 10 years. They actually still work, but my husband is taking them over my coffee stays hot for hours. I’ve never had a thermal cup that did that before these and when they’re closed, you cannot get any spillage out of them. I can have them roll around in the bottom of the car, my purse, and not have to worry about it
