This is my 4th milk frother. I have owned 2 MIRALCO frothers which are no longer made and recently had a NESPRESSO frother. It didn't last worth a darn so don't waste your money on the name. I read several reviews before stumbling across FROTHLAB MILK FROTHER. The reviewer was spot on. It is super quiet, super easy, and the milk has never frothed like this in the other 3 I owned. So, I am a believer in this frother. My only complaint is I tried to activate the 12 month warranty and keep getting an ERROR MESSEAGE: SOMETHING WENT WRONG. PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER. NO, I will not try again later. FIX THE ISSUE.

I purchased the FROTH LABS™ Electric Milk Frother with high hopes of enjoying creamy frothed milk for my morning coffee. However, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment as the product stopped working unexpectedly.Initially, the frother worked like a charm, effortlessly transforming cold milk into a rich foam. It was easy to use and cleaned up nicely. But after just a few months of occasional use, it suddenly stopped functioning altogether.Despite troubleshooting according to the manufacturer's instructions, including changing batteries and cleaning the frothing wand meticulously, nothing revived the appliance. It seems as though its lifespan was disappointingly short, leaving me quite frustrated.Considering the price point and the promise of durability, I expected much more from this milk frother. Its premature failure has left me questioning the quality and reliability of the product. I would caution potential buyers to think twice before investing in this particular model, as it may not live up to expectations in terms of longevity. Overall, a regrettable purchase that failed to deliver on its promises.

This is a great little machine! Hot or cold foam options. Steamed milk for my London Fog latte. My home made lattes were as good as anything from the coffee shop. Absolutely impressed with this machine. It works quietly and quickly. Looks nice on the counter. Easy clean up. Alas, after many, many months of daily use, it stopped working. I miss this frother and will order another one when they come back in stock!

Ok I’ve waited over 6 months since we received and use the replacement frother almost daily. Turns out If you follow the instructions and unplug the unit when done frothing and store the frother cup separate from the frother bottom the magnet mechanism works great!I would highly recommend this frother just make sure you follow the instructions!My prior reviews are below:I’m updating my original review as the Co refunded my purchase (did not have to return the frother). The customer service I received from froth labs was great. They requested I video the issue so that it could be addressed. I’ve repurchased and keeping my fingers crossed with the replacement. I will let you know how it works after we’ve used it for longer than 2 months!The above amends my first review shown below:At first this frothed worked great! After 2 months it no longer froths. After researching I’m not the only who has had this issue. Very disappointing would not recommend buying this product.

After trying several other frothers, I bought this, more expensive, one. I loved it! Great for heating and frothing. Then, after a few months, it started to scorch the milk. Then, it quit working entirely. Despite the package insert that promised customer support from the company, my emails were never answered. By this time, it was too late to return it to Amazon. A total waste of money, very disappointing. It seems that most frothers sold on Amazon have the same problems--they are cheaply made and don't last more than a few months. My trusty battery powered frother has lasted years, with battery replacements about once a year. Of course, they don't heat, but they froth much longer! Buyer of this one, beware. It's part of the Throw Away Society, and if you don't mind filling up the landfill, this is OK to buy.
