new machines are used and not covered under warranty.
Very clean machine BUT the sellers are trying to sell a used machine as new and it has coffee grounds in it. I have ordered two of them now and they both were the same way. I reached out to the manufacture and found out these are not authorized sellers and not covered under warranty.

Dose not make a full cup of coffee.
If you like espresso, then you’ll love this machine, but it does not make anything other than espresso coffee. It says that it can make regular coffee, but you only get a shot not at all, but I was looking for wouldn’t recommend for somebody who enjoys coffee and espresso. I would’ve given this five stars if this was expressed that it was just a car espresso machine and if it does say that I feel like the wording is wrong.

Used Machine
This was stated as new, but obviously is used or remanufactured. Coffee grounds in package, deep scratches on top and front. Power cord was loose, instruction manual package was ripped open. I am glad I check as this was a wedding gift. I have the previous generation of this unit and enjoy it. DeLonghi should not be selling used product on Amazon unless stating it is remanufactured.

Good Solid coffee maker
Have it for ~2 months, so far working well, producing good quality coffee.As mentioned in some reviews before grinder is a little loud, otherwise like it and use every day

Bad condition
It was supposed to be in great condition, it came dirty and slightly scratched with loose pieces.

It had been used, I didn't read anything about that sad that when I ordered.

Expresso not strong enough
Love the brend, but had issues with coffee strength (not strong enough)and poorly made milk froster, stoped work on only few days of use
