Property Valuation: The Five Methods Paperback – Illustrated, 19 Jun. 2014

I'm a real estate manager at university and this has almost everything you need to know about the five methods with examples and explanation.

Clear and concise, easy to understand, everything is explained in a very succinct manner and form, offers all the basic information to learn and understand property in particular the valuation of property. Has definitely provided me with all the relevant and pertinent information about the topic of discourse in question via clear examples. Summarizes everything perfectly in a very articulate fashion.

This is a relatively short book - I am a big fan of short books. Clearly and logically laid out and a great summary. I loved the flow diagram laying out which formula to use in which situation. If you need a bit more explanation, about why certain things are the way they are, then you'll maybe need to refer elsewhere. If you combine this book with Blackledge, then you're sorted (IMO).
