I bought the version without lights so that I can use my own pool light for one steady color (it seems like a lot of the LED mist makers cycle through colors without the ability to control them). I just started using it today and am very pleased! It creates a good amount of mist and has a nice soft bubbling noise. I cannot speak to longevity, but I just bought two more for added "bubbling" effect because I'm that happy with the product out of the box.

The media could not be loaded. Y first shipment had a doa wall adapter that was promptly replaced with no issue (other than me having to drop off the defective unit!) I’d assume it’s a fluke as I got another mister from this company without any issue at all. This is a great product and produces tons of mist. The ceramic disk can easily be replaced giving a hopefully long service life to this product. Here’s where I’m torn on this. These ultrasonic misters create tons of splashing water and this unit doesn’t come with a splash shield. You can buy one from the same company for a dollar or two more for the shield. To me it doesn’t matter much as I have a 3d printer, but I got both the unit with and without the guard and for the negligible price difference don’t see the value in opting for this one instead of the other. Super simple to use and good value even without the shield it’s very competitively priced. And with the replaceable disks and the use of a common 24v 1amp power supply I see this product lasting as those can be replaced easily. Seems very sturdy and is entirely metal on the outside. It’s also very compact to be used in the most versatile places. I’m using mine in a shallow paladarium where it can be strategically placed behind hardscspe.

This product is so so. Not great / not bad. You get what you pay for.

The media could not be loaded. I love this little guy! The water level has to be exactly right for correct functioning. I have been using it mostly non stop for a month so far! I use it outside in my Sulcata habitat, in a water heater drain pan that’s being used as a water dish/tortoise soaking area

I used this to create a humidifier for my grow tent. Worked as expected. Much cheaper than commercial humidifiers

Bought this for a paludarium build and it works great for keeping plants moist. Have it set on a digital timer and it only has to run for around 2 minutes every few hours to keep everything nice and wet.
