The machine works very well, dough is mixed very thoroughly, rises well. Very easy to work out how to use, very simple application. Small and light. Would recommend.

It took a few weeks to arrive ,but arrived when they said it would . As previously stated review was in Chinese but I used Google translate camera to work it out .Ferment means proof which is great .I did a basic white seeded loaf ,kneeded for 5 mins ,but it wasn't enough so did 8 and in the last 2 minutes added my seeds with the pause function and the last minute added about a teaspoon of oil to prevent sticking while proofing. It stopped automatically at the end of the timer ...you then press proof button set the timer and press start and it keeps it very warm ,the dough rose beautifully in an hour ,I then did a 1 minute mix to release and bring it together and formed to shape on my bread board ...I am leaving to proof for 30 mins ...let's see what happens ,but so far so good . It came with a travel adapter measuring cup and spoon and was very well packed ...the reason I bought it was because I can no longer kneed bread and it absolutely delivered ...the proof facilitie was a bonus ...it washed clean easily ...the dough was quite stuck in the bottom due to the keep warm so another time I will remove the dough ,oil the whole pot ,and then put on to proof to stop this ...it is fairly noisy but no worse than my other appliances,easy to use and did as promised...there was a faint smell of the motor but it's new ,the unit did not over heat and neither did the plug ...the proof will be in the bread

Exactly as described and mixes the dough well. Within 5 minutes the dough is done. Manual not in English, I contacted the seller and they sent the me the buttons operation instructions in English. Very prompt communication.
