Sturdy and very reliable
They can put their money on it. The steamer is very easy to use and it meets all expectations

Worked great first two times of use now it’s not working no steam coming from the nozzle it’s leaking hot water from handle

Fantastic product
Absolutely fantastic product, used this to deep clean a catering van along with a degreasing agent. Would highly recommend this product.

Just be prepared with a towel when using
I really wanted to like this but the only thing that lets it down is the length of the cord is quite short so will have to purchase an extension lead. I have found it randomly spits out a stream of water which can make a big mess and when using I have to mop the floor as it makes it very wet however this could be down to user error. Did do a good job however at shifting dirt out of tricky areas and able to just wipe over areas which would have taken more effort to clean. A good machine if you don’t want to invest in a very expensive one.

Close but no cigar.
Easily assembled, works well. Sadly though after only several minutes of use - on number 3 setting ( settings 0 through till 8 ) and switching off to mop treated area. Would not start again. Waited 90 odd minutes ( as machine hot to touch ) thinking ?? thermal cut out ?? worked but only for a minute or so. As had used only on low setting, purchased a second unit but this time used on high setting - ?? throughput of water act as cooling agent ?? similar result. Disappointing in as much, compact well made unit but unreliable in my, limited, experience.

Fast and easy.
Absolutely fantastic product. Easy to use.Steam cleaned my metal Venetian blinds, wow it brought them up like new.Used on curtains again the result was amazing. Not the cheapest one available but still a good value cleaner. Definitely would recommend.
