The product itself arrived on time. The bottle says 2 tablets equals 400mg. Also says to take 2 tablets daily, which is the recommended total amount for men. The recommended amount for women is 320mg per day, so 2 tablets would be too much over time. My multivitamin contains 24% of that recommended amount, plus I have a well-rounded diet most of the time, so one tablet per day is adequate for me. Check with your doctor if you have any questions.

I am loving this magnesium.I had been taking magnesium glycinate powder, but after a few years of it, the flavor was just too much.NutriONN is the only brand with a high enough dosage of magnesium glycinate, and I am thankful to have found it.

5 stars because it works so well. Just wish the pills were smaller. BUT, I have colitis and do not absorb things well and was getting many leg cramps and palpitations, depression, poor sleep and many signs of magnesium deficiency. I started taking this about 2 weeks ago twice a day and feel MUCH BETTER. Wonderful product, no stomach upset and no diarrhea. It has actually helped with the diarrhea I was getting from the colitis. Will never stop taking this. Period.

I take one capsule at night with a melatonin and have had no problem going to sleep. I have also started drinking decaffinated green ice tea rather than caffeinated regular ice tea. I believe that in combination with the magnesium glycinate has done the trick. I did notice one empty capsule in my bottle. No more lying in bed for 2 hours every night before falling asleep.

There's no way that I would ever be able to swallow these huge pills. It's better to get a lower dosage and take more pills, than to risk getting stuck in throat.
