Really easy to use. Charge is slower that wall socket but it turns it self off

Good quality product
Very good product, wish it would light up as it is charging like Samsung chargers do, giving you the confidence it's actually charging. Only a small gripe I'm very happy with it.

Not so fast charger
I bought this for use in the office. In the hope that it would give a fast charge whilst working. The was not the case, its an OK charger but it trickle charges my S20+. For example, battery was at 15%, I set it on the charger, which took a few movements to get it to connect, and it displayed charging time 3hrs 38mins, NOT exactly fast charging.The seller needs to change the information on the description, its a basic wireless charger, and not a fast one, very misleading. I'll be returning and going somewhere else

Drains you battery not charge it
The media could not be loaded. It looks really nice and slim that’s it. I genuinely don’t complain but have to about this. Bought this to replace my original one. Put it on charge and went back to it hour later and it has drained my battery, done this a few times so thought it was my phone went and had the phone checked and nothing wrong with it. Tried a few more times and still it does not charge only drains the batter so the only useful part is the lead to charge my phone, stupidly did not save the box so stuck with it.

This is a brilliant little charger and very good value for money
I used the charger for my Samsung Galaxy S7 edge. It's so much more convenient to just place the phone on the charging pad, works a treat! This is my second purchase of this charger because I upgraded my phone recently to a Samsung Galaxy s10 plus and I have given my old phone to a friend with the new charger

No instructions. Never used one before. Very small.......???????
Absolutely no instructions or paperwork of any kind. Ive plugged it in and a red light has come on...should I wait for it to change colour? Can I charge my phone with its phone cover on? UPDATE same day. Managed to get it working after ringing my son. It wouldn't charge through my phone case, which is annoying, but REALLY annoying was that the blurb claims it charges 3X faster. Oh yeah? The readout on this pad told me my phone would be charged in I hour 32 minutes. I tried again using my usual cable connection and I was promised 59 minutes, which provedcorrect. So I have a charging pad that is 50% slower and I have to fiddle about taking my very good phone cover off. I would NOT recommend.
