Easy to use
Once you watch a few youtube videos on how to program works like a champ.

excellent value but low quality case and buttons/knobs
This is a low cost solution for controlling lights. I use this in my wife's youth musical theater for adding lighting affects to products she hosts in small school theaters with no lighting. This controller is easy to learn and easy to learn. You can have enough preprogrammed scenes for most productions and it is easy and quick enough to switch scenes. The only thing I do not like about this unit is just the cosmetics. While it functions and performs fine, the unit I received was warped and does not sit flat on a flat surface. The result is that it wobbles every time you use it. I should have probably returned it as I am sure they are not all like this but it is a very cheaply manufactured unit and the buttons and knobs are all cheap. Good when you are on a budget but for more serious work you probably need to spend some money on a higher quality unit.

Great for moving head lights.
This is a really great console!!! Especially for $100 bucks. The 16 faders make it really convenient for operating moving head lights!!! All of the movers I have are from 13 to 16 channels ea. Not having to change banks to access all of the controls for a light (or group) makes it much easier and more fluid for live stage performances. Does not work well with a dimmer switch and conventional par lights.

Built well, should be easier to use
Built well. Needs longer cord. Could use a mor in depth instruction manual. I can’t figure it out I can’t do the same thing more then one time and it’s really bugging me.

For the price it works fine.
For $100 this is a fine controller. Although it doesn't have many advanced features, it just works. My only suggestion would be adjustable mic sensitivity. The unit does have to be relatively close to an audio source or the music does have to be rather loud to pic up. Otherwise it functions fine.

Saving frequently corrupts contents - unit is maybe defective?
This product simply put doesn't function in the way intended. I have been working with it now for a couple of hours, and frequently, when I save a scene, the first scene gets corrupted, with seemingly random values. When I auto run the scene program, the first scene gets corrupted. I also see some fixtures 'flicking' with unclear DMX signal on scene 1; I know sometimes a terminator may help in this situation, but my run is not even 100', and I run the same fixtures through Rekordbox DMX without any issues, so I'm guessing it's a controller issue. It's pretty cheap, so I guess you get what you pay for?

Wish I would’ve read the reviews completely
Spend the extra money if you need to run anything complicated.I bought this to run from an Ampero MIDI footswitch (our band runs our own sound & lights). I found out later that YOU CANNOT PROGRAM CHASE SPEED SEPARATE FROM SCENE SPEED. I was hoping to switch between scenes at a slow pace and trigger a chase scene at high speed - NOPE.I also had to research other brand reviews to find out how to create scenes using multiple lights with different fixture settings (NOT in their manual or videos). So far, two problems with the controller: the 1st fader is intermittent; it deleted two thirds of my scenes (followed manual to delete ONE scene & it deleted everything AFTER the scene I tried to delete). I lost hours of work.I haven’t decided if I’m going to return it, or hack a footswitch into the Tap/Sync button for on-the-fly Speed changes. I can deal with the other issues as long as it holds my programs.UPDATE: this controller had rack-mount ears, but will NOT fit a standard rack (ears stick out too far). Had to cut the excess off to fit our road rack.
