The title doesn't cover how good this works. I fart significantly less. I burp I'm not randomly bloating which get so bad I look very pregnant. My downstairs is healthier. This just plain helps it all. Go for it! Changed me for the better.

Great for gut health
These pre and pro biotics are wonderful! I’ve been taking them daily as instructed and I definitely feel a difference. They don’t make me feel bloated and no sudden urge to urge the restroom, but you can see and feel them working in a positive way. I also experienced no weird side effects
