Stable squats
This is a great way to elevate those squats. I use to have the small single wedges but was always worried about my balance and if I’d tip it to the side. With this long wedge it feels more secure. It’s light weight and simple to move around. My only concern is the grip on the bottom isn’t the best. But if I put it over a rug it sticks just fine. Both my husband and I have been using this for the past couple of months about 2-3 times a week and it hasn’t worn down the least bit. Worth every penny!

It's OK - but slips
I have epoxy coated concrete floors so your experience may vary.... I've never experienced slippage on my floors just from my gym shoes just for context. For me this product does a decent job of gripping the floor but slips from time to time if putting a lot of lateral force... it's also relatively light weight like a dense foam. I got a solid rubber one from Squat Wedgiez that's heavier and stays put much better. I would expect all the polypropelene ones from other brands to be the same. If you want quality get a solid rubber one instead.
