Q: Is there sugar or any added sugar in any of the flavors?

No, no flavors , just 6 different strengths of coffee. You can add syrup ( I use banana syrup ). Trust me though, this is really good instant coffee. $$$ yes, but really good .

Q: Can you reuse the container?

in China (where Saturnbird originated), they have hold an event called "Project Return" where you can bring used containers to local cafe and exchange for some nice peripheral products, like eco bags, water bottles, or even skateboard. I really like how this event provides an opportunity for coffee lovers to connect and (maybe in some ways) support their local cafe while recycling those plastic containers. But I'm not sure how they will do it here in the US.

Q: Can these little cups be reused?

Well, they can, but they are just little cup shaped containers, not pods. They are very sturdy plastic.
