After a problem with the company sending a larger version of the Wrapmaster. They are crediting me for the mistake and have supplied the correct item with a couple days of me re-ordering the @rpmaster 3000. Certainly great service in correcting the problem. As for the Wrapmaster it does exactly what it has been designed to do and does it brilliantly.

I wouldn’t be without this - so easy to use and makes wrapping anything up a breeze!!

This product although it does not say it tries to lock you into their product. It does not work with generic foil/cling film/etc. as it needs a plastic insert on one side of the roll. This could easily have been designed so that it doesn't need it but bad business practice got in the way and here you have the result of late stage capitalism.

Fabulous unit, but the packaging from the one supplier, and the use of Evri, was extremely disappointing. It is literally a miracle that the unit arrived undamaged as the box was too small, split, and water damaged by the time it arrived (a day late with the usual lies about reason for non delivery).. So Zero out of ten for packaging and choice of courier, but full marks for the unit itself. No more ridiculous messing around with cardboard clingfilm boxes, but could have done without the delivery stress.
