It works perfectly for 5-6 days. Then it doesn't pair with each other. I searched the whole internet to fix it. Read every line in their tiny manual. Nothing helps. No troubleshooting, to fix it. I called customer care support. No one is there to receive your calls. Today it even started to not charging the right side after placing it to the box. Such a trash product. I didn't notice previously, but there is no branding in the box. They simply purchased from PRC (People's Republic of China) and sell it with their packaging. No support, nothing. Please don't buy. I'm really frustrated with it. My 2000 is waste.Update: After publishing this review, the seller messaged me on Amazon. They offered me a full refund. I happily accepted and got my money back. They didn't ask me to return the product, which is surprising. However, I still have the product and it's of no use.

The media could not be loaded. These earphones worked great for 8 days. On the 9th day, the right ear stopped working. If you put it in the charging case, it just turns and keeps charging. It charged the entire night and the drained the entire 100% of the case over night. There is no customer service and the return window ended the day before! Now i dont know what to do with this.Update : Managed to track down customer service and they were fantastic. Asked me to return the product and they sent me a new one once received. Love these earphones, audio and mic is great and its especially useful while excercise since it hooks on to the ear. Looks real good too! Overall, would have given 5/5 if the first set hadnt conked off. Will update if there are issues with this.
