I’ve been using the KastKing Speed Demon for a few weeks now, and it’s really made the job easier. The motor is powerful and holds up well, even with larger fish, so I’m not spending as much time or effort processing fish.The knife comes with two sets of stainless-steel blades that are sharp, durable, and seem well-made. I like that I have options depending on what I’m cleaning. The handle is lightweight and has a comfortable grip, which makes it nice to use, even on longer days. It’s easy to maneuver and feels solid without being heavy.The safety certification is reassuring, and the water-resistant case is a nice touch to keep everything organized and easy to take along. Overall, this is a reliable fillet knife that’s been a good addition to my gear. I’d recommend it to anyone who wants a quality electric fillet knife without breaking the bank.

Just got this knife, mainly for slicing bread and carving for a party I was hosting where I was making a lot of sandwiches for everyone. It made a huge difference compared to my manual knife. Normally I have some issues with the baguette and sourdough getting crushed when I want to cut it. Not with this thing. Cuts through crusty bread like butter, and I can finally get those nice even slices without destroying the loaf. I tried it with some softer brioche and Japanese milk bread and it was also able to handle it quite well without getting it too compacted. Though it did have some issues. Works much better than my serrated knife.The real test was ham. Made quick work of our 15-pounder, and the slices were quite nice and I was able to get some pretty think slices. Likewise the same with the chicken thighs and the prime rib roast.It comes with two different blades - been using the thinner one for bread and the bigger one for meat. Both are pretty sharp out of the box. I liked the shield next to the button as well and the position at the bottom. I previously had another device that had the button on the top and it was a bit more tiring to use.Only annoying thing the little bit that locks the blades together rubs against the other knife during operation. Not sure it makes a difference for the operation but I’m just a bit OCD with that.Overall though, it's been solid. Looking forward to the being able to take it out for some of my summer barbecues.

I just used this electric fillet knife for pike and it worked fantastic, just make sure you put a small dab of oil between the blades as instructions indicate, it makes it glide super smooth. The motor seems to have plenty of power for bigger fish, but time will tell for longevity. Overall, I like the size of the knife, it's quite beefy and the trigger guard provides extra safety compared to other fillet knifes I've used. It also has two different blades, my favorite is the finesse flex blade. The reason for the 4 star review is because the trigger lock doesn't stay locked, if you have the trigger lock on and depress the trigger a couple times it will eventually unlock. I don't know if that's on all of them or just the one I got, but other than that it works excellent. It's just something to keep in mind and honestly not enough of a concern for me because I don't plan to push the button several times while locked and the trigger guard protects the trigger from being depressed but something I thought people should know.

This is an ergonomic handle and from my understanding food grade with means less containments in your food.Great design and the colors always stand out orange and black together are a great combo. I like the sharpness and the speed of the machine. As you can see it come with 2 sizes of knives. My case I would use the smaller one for fish and the bigger one for turkey.It also has a safety button for unwanted use and release button to take off the blades. Easy to assemble and easy to clean and waterproof. It is not too heavy and I believe most can use it. This tool is truly awesome! Thanks KastKing for amazing innovation!

Honestly, I’d purchase the pouch alone for organizing fishing tackle or other gear because of its versatility and quality.Performance-wise, this knife excels in every category. It’s powerful yet not overly noisy, and the safety switch is well-placed, adding peace of mind. The blades are razor-sharp, with a smooth coating that cuts effortlessly through fillets. A minor note for assembly: each blade has a black plastic piece that must be pushed fully into the knife and then pulled back slightly to ensure a secure click for both blades. Once set up, the knife is incredibly easy to use, making it a must-have for any angler looking to save time and effort.
