Amazing product
This is a really nice computer. It's so tiny. I bought this to mount behind my TV and use my TV as my computer. It works great. Be sure to let it down load all the updates before you start using it. It was a little sluggish until it finished. Its very quiet. I don't hear it at all.

Perfect for TV
I bought this to connect to my TV and be able to play media from an external hard drive and it has exceeded my expectations in just about every way. It is very small. Probably about the same volume as my Roku ultra though this is more of a cube instead of a flat rectangular prism. But this can do so much more. I have an external blu ray drive and can play and rip movies right from my TV. On top of that I can search the web and play or download free movies and shows from various places like archive.org. I got a controller for it with a keyboard and touchpad from reiie that is perfect and can do everything a keyboard and mouse can do in a single small handheld unit. I've only had this a few weeks and I'm no tech wizard so I really don't know what all this is even capable of but so far it has done everything I want it to do and more. And the price is really unbelievable. But being able to connect this to a TV and have the ability of playback from anywhere on the web without having to mess with screen casting or transferring files is a game changer. Not being limited to a streaming devices apps makes for a much wider availability of content. And it's perfect for those who want to digitize their physical library and be able to store and view it in one place that can be easily connected to a TV. (Though it will take forever just a heads up) The performance seems to be quite impressive as well. At times it lags but I've been putting it through some hefty downloads and there are other variables at play when it comes to that like the many other devices connected to and using the network. For my intended use this is absolutely perfect. And I like that I have so much more capability with this than something like a Roku or other streaming devices. If I want to I can even get Microsoft office and connect a printer or run other programs for things like video editing or anything you can do with a PC. The specs are pretty impressive for the price and size of it and additionally it can be connected to a standard monitor and used as a PC. This computer has revolutionized my ability to watch shows and movies without paying a monthly streaming fee that leaves you with nothing to keep. Of course you can run any of the streaming services from this as well if you'd like but having the ability to download files from the internet makes a big difference. Especially since most services won't allow you to download movies and shows even though you've purchased them. You can only view them using their app and an internet connection is required. Realizing this I decided physical copies are far superior and I'd rather have files I can view at any time than the license to view a show or movie using a specific streaming service. Granted most of them allow you to download things you've purchased to view without an internet connection but it still requires the app so there are limitations. In my opinion if I've bought something I should be able to download and transfer it to my other devices without having to use third party services that track your activity and use it to market things to you. With this I can. I couldn't ask for much more from this and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone who enjoys accessing tons of free content on the internet that isn't available with most devices that can be connected to a TV with an HDMI cable.

Great General Purpose PC
Connected to a single 32" 1080 monitor, using for Office 365 work account at home, does the job. Works surprisingly well considering the cost and size. I have been using for 6 months now with no issues.Don't expect this to replace a modern desktop pc with a dedicated video card though. I gave this 5 stars based on cost / performance ratio and the fact that Windows 11 is pre-installed. You really can't go wrong if your expectations are realistic.

Great little computer
Love the tiny size and features. It's quiet with 12 GB of RAM, 512 GB storage and the ability to support two HDMI monitors. Also comes with Windows 11 Pro installed.

Amazing Computer
This is an amazing product. I have worked in IT for over 30 years and this is fantastic. Easy to set up and use the old Apple Cinema display, old PC keyboard, and mouse. Already has Windows 11 Pro 23H2 preinstalled. Amazing, just amazing. Setup and Microsoft updates were applied in about 30 minutes.

Great PC, Great Service!
This PC has exceeded all expectations. I have had it for two days. I can do all the usual tasks that I normally do on my Dell XPS desktop, like email, Zoom and Teams meetings, docs and sheets, with no observable difference in performance. I have not tried (nor will I) my firmware development IDEs or virtual machines, because I doubt the 12G RAM would support those easily. But all in all a great PC. Oh, and it fits in my pocket and cost $160!However, I do not write reviews. I had to write this one not because the computer is such a stellar value, which it is, but because I have never had such an amazing experience with customer support. When I first got the PC I had an issue activating Windows 11. I went back and forth with the customer service rep about four cycles in that first 24 hours. No matter what the hour of the day, the response to my email showed up within 15 minutes, was polite, personable, and had the exact right next step, until the issue was handled. This is just a great product from a great company.

Incredible value, and good for light gaming.
I got this to serve as the core of an all-in-one 3D printed PC enclosure designed to look like an half scale iMac G3. It only took a few minutes to get Windows set up, and everything worked exactly as expected. I wanted to use the PC for gaming, but I wasn't sure I wanted to splurge for the high-performance models since this was just a toy. To my surprise, it runs Halo perfectly, and GTA online nearly so. There are some stutters on the GTA when a lot is going on, and it definitely pushes the limit of this tiny box, but Halo barely gets the fan going! So even though it's not made for games, you can still have a lot of fun on it. I couldn't be happier, especially for the price and size. One thing to note is that it is powered by a USB-C connection, but requires 12v. You need specialized power supplies or power negotiation triggers if you want to use portable power. You also want to avoid using the included cord for any other device, since it puts out 12v by default and will fry most devices.

Unbox and test the computers as soon as possible.
I didn't use this computer until it was past the return date, I'll never make that mistake. It lagged behind the keyboard and at a number of instances it didn't do anything, now before you say that I should have try different keyboards I did; both wired and wireless. There were a series of pops and distortion of sound when I connected it to speakers. The noises came in no specific pattern so I was reluctant to use it.I'd left the computer in a bin with other sub par electronics accumulated over the years. And wouldn't you know it my house burned a couple weeks ago and the computer melted flat with my five other laptops and computers. Sometimes a person just cannot win.
