Delicious! Wonderfully scented. I use this in place of liquid vanilla when I want concentrated flavor, but not to change the texture at all. I like really think oatmeal and this was a great addition. I'm going to try it in my brownies next!Happy with my order, would order again.

I assumed this would be vanilla mixed with some other ingredients to bulk it up, however, this is just pure ground vanilla. It smells amazing when opening the bag. The powder is somewhat damp when spooned out, but adds amazing flavor to my baking.
