I'm genuinely not one for leaving reviews. I'm so used to buying stuff that makes no difference. I've had difficulties with my stomach on and off for years, bloating, gas, not so great stool etc. I just thought that was how it was for me. After a stomach bug recently my wife said get yourself a good probiotic. I landed on this one with no specific reason, but what a difference it has made. Bloat gone, stool like a teenager again and perfectly regular.

I have been taking these Bio Cultures for about a month now and can honestly say I do feel better in my self, I used to feel bloated all the time but since I started taking these my tummy feels so much better. I also think I have a little more energy than I used to have, they work for me and so for the foreseeable future I will continue to take them

Although I don’t have medical evidence to know that this for sure, but I do believe that this product helped to manage my IBS as I was recommended to try it by a family member who also used it to help her intestinal/stomach problems.Ever since trying it 2 years ago I have taken 1 tablet every day (accidentally missing the odd day here and there!) and after about a year I noticed a big improvement with my symptoms. I started having IBS symptoms and problems with my digestive system after 2 intestinal parasites. They needed treatment with antibiotics that wiped out all of my good gut bacteria, causing my body to reject and react to almost everything at one stage because it thought everything was a foreign body that needed removing.I do believe these tablets that contain the bacteria needed for a healthy gut, helped to replace those I’d lost and in turn, heal my digestive system. I will continue to take these tablets for the rest of my life because things can only get better! 🙏🏼

As far as I can tell these tablets are carrying out their function. They arrived very quickly and so excellent service
