Excellent quality, very good size , it does take two or three people to erect , the height is just right.

Curtains not included??
Missing 3 poles and one was bent- offered refund but I had to pay £20 to post back- why? No offer to just send out the missing and damaged piece. Parcel was open both ends and dumped by the side of my house so no care on packaging or delivery - but that’s down to courier. Seller helpful and sent new poles. Looks great, easy assemble.

Not brilliant on seams
Nice pattern on iron work.Poor stitching on seams where material not held into seams, velcro in areas could be longer. Had to get a waterproof cover as slightest rain will penetrate the fabric.Could of done with better instructions 🙄

Missing parts and no instructions ...took 3 weeks to resolve
Firstly I’d like to say the staff I spoke to where very friendly and courteous on the phone , alas I had to phone 3 times regarding missing parts . The item came with the wrong curtains and no bolts or instructions whatsoever, when they came there where still parts missing, no joining brackets or corner joins or centre rose , all in all by the time everything came that I needed I’d lost 3 weeks.Easy enough to assemble , quite lightweight though , was it value for money ? At £280 I feel it’s overpriced, I’d say at around £180 should be it’s right price.

This is a lovely gazebo..its strong and kooks durable...I put it up a couple of weeks ago and the usual British weather has already tested it..this stood unmoving .easy to assemble once you realise the instructions...its nice buy it
