DO NOT BUY!It broke after 30 seconds of use. The Stick Broke in the middle without any tension placed in the middle. The bamboo is clearly unsuitable to be used with metal fixtures.Such a shame, it’s a great idea, looks brilliant and is the perfect size but unfortunately is terrible quality.

First time I put this together, put it behind my head across shoulders for posture exercise (as description of item clearly states) and with the slightest pressure it snapped at the hinge. Utter waste of money and it will be returning for refund, however long it takes to ship back to US.
