I took these for the two full months, and then had a break to see if the effect was noticeable as i wasn’t sure. Oh my god, wheni stopped taking them, i was really anxious and having palpatations all the time again, and always feeling on edge. I decided to buy them again and im back to being a hell of a lot calmer, less anxious and barely having panic attacks. For me, these are brilliant. Well worth it!

I purchased these more as a trial for helping get better sleep and as long as taken early enough happy to report they do seem to really help and I have less nights of poor sleep. BUT BEWARE, my experience of taking anytime from mid to late afternoon or before bed caused absolutely dreadful sleep and waking up consistently after only one or two hours after going to bed, making much worse the issue of waking up in the night and not being able to drift off again- spending the entire night awake from the small hours. I belive this must be the result of the combination of ingredients. When Taken early enough in the day they seem to help though, i also feel increased calmness and mental alerness which helps with a full on job.

Good mix of supplements in one tablet easy to swallow pills, taken in the morning give a good amount of energy a nice wake up to the day. Feel calm and definitely help with anxiety things don't seem to stress me out as much when I take these. Affordable and last a good amount of time considering how many capsules you get in the pouch. Nice to have a small pouch easy to take with you if your traveling doesn't take up unnecessary space in an overnight bag.

Iv tried other ashwaghanda supplements, this was more potent and a great price too. My energy levels improved alot. Would recommend.

I've been taking this for 2 months. I have noticed an improvement in my mood. For nearly 2 weeks out of my menstrual cycle my mood used to dip, but I think this supplement is really helping with that. On a side note, my last period was also normal (as opposed to freakishly heavy) for the first time in forever. I don't know if that could possibly be an effect of this supplement. Watch this space. Unfortunately I haven't noticed any difference my focus.

I was recommeded this combination for long covid, but I did not feel any benefit after taking two every day until gone.
