What is the difference between these and the 39800?

ok i think it could be the color or the style some r gray and some r slate gray but i have the 10 piece and they r great i love them and just make sure it says premium on them ,some dont say premium i think that has something to do with them too i hope this helps thats all i know

Unfortunately, I didn't note what the box said when I received them a few months ago, but I can tell you that you WON'T be sorry if you purchase them. This cookware set is AMAZING. Nothing sticks and they cook evenly. I will start taking note of things made in the USA because that's important to me!
