One product was not Silent Gliss and has been returned. The other was fine.Picture attached

Installed several months ago to allow overlap. Going strong, does not affect smooth operation of the curtains

The product turned out to be inadequate fur the task, this was a result of a very poor image on your website.The runners were too small for my rail, this was very difficult to see on the image.
