This red light treatment pad has been really beneficial to me after my exercises. It helps me recover more quickly and reduces muscle discomfort, especially after demanding exercises. It's simple to strap on and use while I'm unwinding, and the heat feels great. If you routinely work out and want something to aid in pain relief and rehabilitation, it's definitely worth the investment.

It works. However can someone explain the settings . The manual is very vague on how to use different settings.

I’ve had this product since March 24 and now it’s broke. It will not turn on. I did send a message to the company. Hopefully they will make good with this.

This particular IR light pad is a reasonable size and strength for a reasonable price. You can use it with just Infrared, with just Red light, or with both. You can have it at 4 levels of strength, you can have it a solid shining light, or a pulsing light. It has an automatic shut off at 30 minutes, or you can set it to shut off at a different number of minutes (it goes up by 5) less than the 30. It is easy to use, I just lay it across wherever I want it. Shoulder, back, knees, hands and fingers or anywhere I need it. It comes with a belt-type thing that you can wrap around like the picture shows, but I didn't find that helpful and don't use it. This is a great buy, you can't go wrong.

It worked well until it developed a bad connection where the cable plugs into the pad. I returned it for a refund.

I love red light therapy and this works great for my back and shoulders! So happy to have this now!!
