This is a very close up photo- it looks horrible I know! But I wanted to show you what happened first time I used this.So I have one annoying blackhead on my cheek so thought would start with that. Having read another review on here saying this is weak, I put on the smaller head (more suction power) and whacked the power up to maximum. Aaaargh! Let's just say there's plenty of suction power because not only did it pull up a load of whiteheads I hadn't even been able to see before this sucked them out, but it left some broken capillaries. So, a little wiser, I used again but this time on lower level. It does pull up any stuff in the pores and you need to practise a bit to learn what level is necessary to be effective, as well as how long to leave it in each section of skin to avoid breaking surface blood vessels.When you turn it on, the suction is enough to pull the skin up into the attachment cup. The smaller the attachment cup you use, the stronger the suction force. So take it steep by step rather than going full on to start.Also, for stubborn or deep blackheads, and generally to get the best cleansing, definitely use a hot compress or a light steam to open pores as this really gets amazing results.So in addition to the main tool plus 4 attachment heads, you get a charging cable, set of pimple and blackhead manual tools and replacement foam discs that I've figured out go on the top of the handheld device. Presumably these reduce suction power a bit and also prevent any gunk getting down into the device itself.I'm not clear from the instruction leaflet how you're meant to use the attachment heads that has a metal ring. If anyone works it out, please share!So yes, this really works! And your getting an awful lot of tools in addition for a very reasonable price.So 5 stars from me. And just remember to start gently and probably best not to try first when you're going out that evening just in case you overdo it like I did.Hope that helps!

Doesn't do anything

Great in theory, in practise the suction is too weak. It needs to be about twice as strong with smaller attatchments.I would give this 5 stars IF it was more powerful. Why make something with three options if all of them are too weak?

I got this for my wife because she was a little worried about the pores on the tip of her nose. I also tried it on my nose to get some experience. I’m amazed by how well this blackhead remover vacuum works! It’s powerful but gentle enough. It doesn’t hurt or irritate my skin. AJ STAR Blackhead Remover Tool is safe to use and efficient for blackhead removal without harsh chemicals. I tried using the weakest setting because I was using it the first time and the tip is thin, and it had a pretty strong suction power and was a little scared that it might hurt. My wife suggested that if I want the best result then it be best to use it while moving your nose after washing it with hot water. It does remove oil, but it doesn't feel like it's spotting, You can clearly see a difference On different surfaces of my face. My wife has been using it for a few times now, and She noticed some difference in the appearance of her pores. It’s easy to use, and the suction levels are adjustable depending on the area you’re treating. She also loves that it comes with several different heads for different skin concerns. Her skin feels smoother and looks clearer, but she thinks this unit needs a little more power.There are four attachments, some more tools and a charging wire. It will be great for treating your face skin at home and also it's a perfect Gift for Skincare for your friends and family.
