This works with AT&T!!!!!! You have to call AT&T for it to work.
I read the reviews and was on the fence about this product. I needed a loud easy to navigate phone with large numbers of my 81 year old mother in law. She had an Alcatel flip phone, but it wasn't loud enough anymore and she started having a hard time opening it.When I put the SIM card in the Artfone, it worked right away, but then stopped, saying it's not compatible with the AT&T network. I figured the reviews were correct, but decided to see if AT&T could fix. I checked online and it says the IMEI does not work on the AT&T network. I was on the phone with AT&T for about 17 minutes and now the phone works flawlessly. Get the phone, but know you have to call AT&T.

Only works when plugged in. Poor quality control. Battery didn’t work.Also not compatible with Mint mobile.

Fairly easy to use.
It does have large buttons and is fairly easy to use for my early onset dementia husband. The quick call feature makes it easy for him to call family members.

Good product!
This is a great phone for Seniors or anyone who does not want all the bells and whistles of today's smart phones. My dad went through flip phones faster than I could replace them. This phone has been a game changer.

Nice big numbers but...
Bought two of these but had to return them because I thought it was easier to use for mom. I thought they were only for voice and messages but have Internet capabilities and it was complicated to use with this model of phone. I wish they were only for voice calls...

Great price great phone
Bought for my 80 plus year old mother and she is enjoying it. I asked her what she loves about the phone and her answer is that the numbers and letters are huge she has no problem reading or using it 😊 ☺ 😄 🙂

This does not work
This phone does not work. The charging base doesn't work. After the phone is fully charged directly from the cable, there are no settings to set up. I read and reread the instructions. I'm in my mid-forties, so I shouldn't have any trouble with this older style phone. I'm so disappointed. :(
