This the absolute BEST combination of supplements I need as an older woman and its even better since I only need to take 1 a day (instead of the 2-4 recommended daily dose of other similar type supplements). I have been taking this for several months and my skin and hair are smoother and healthier and my joints less painful and more limber than many in my age group. I also started sending a bottle each month to my it to my 34 year old son who was starting to complain of knee and joint issues and he actually called me this week to say how much better he is feeling and how he thinks his hairline stopped receding.
