Bought 2 of these because they have been so reliable
Very pleased with these computers. Even though I work in IT, I didn't want something for home use that I was always messing with. These PC's have proved pretty reliable and consistent with enough to breeze through most operations.

Laptop computer
It is totally ridiculous that Microsoft did not give me the option, upfront, to use One drive or not. It took a bit of doing to stop the computer from saving to One drive and to save to the hard drive. But other than that, the computer was definitely a good buy. (The one drive matter stopped me from giving 5 stars.)

Hard Drive FAILURE
Worst Laptop experience- HP is terrible. This seller sold me a laptop and upgraded the HD to a 4TB drive that failed in 6 months!!! Since I bought the laptop on Amazon, HP will only send me a 25b replacement since that is what comes from the factory….Totally useless. Beware when you buy an upgraded laptop. At your own risk!!!

So far everything is good expect
So I got the laptop thinking that I would be able to use it with a SIM card and in the description said that I could use 4g lte but it doesn’t have the SIM card slot
